swansea love story are a 2 piece experimental / post punk group from near where i live. they use drum machines, samplers, synths and guitars... and their anti-drab voices (or so they think). they've done a few of their own recordings and are now working on semi professional ones. here is their myspaceyou can get everything and anything from their lastfm (i'd bookmark it if i were you)
